NO UPFRONT FEES 

At Indigo Property, we do not charge any upfront costs for marketing your Sale Property on our Sole Agency or Multiple Agency Agreements, subject to legitimate incurred costs (e.g. arranging an Energy Performance Certificate to be carried out).  Once a sale completes, Indigo Property charges a commission of 1.5% of the final sale price; this means if we do not sell your Sale Property, there is no charge.
